A 3-pack of 50-minute sessions designed to help you take meaningful steps toward a specific change or goal. We will explore and evaluate where you are now, where you want to be, what’s getting in the way and what you are going to do to move forward.

You’ll experience thoughtful questions that help you reflect, space to share your thoughts and feelings, and structured sessions that support and celebrate your progression.
